UpNext Youth Development is a nonprofit organization based in Northeast Ohio, dedicated to empowering underserved youth through mentorship, education, and workforce development. We exist to close the opportunity gap by providing young people with the tools, guidance, and experiences they need to achieve success and create lasting change in their lives and communities.

Our team of mentors, educators, and community partners works hand-in-hand with students to build confidence, develop critical life and career skills, and prepare them to navigate a rapidly changing world. At UpNext, we believe that when young people are given the chance to grow, learn, and lead, they can shape a brighter and more equitable future for us all.
